- Identified and resolved product-ID fragmentation across three data silos by leading a physical warehouse reconciliation — aligning physical inventory to system records.
- Consolidated financial records for investor reporting and designed an ROI estimation model for hospital equipment purchases.
- Led the data/ICT workstream for Johnson & Johnson due diligence; deal closed as a 50% investment by J&J Impact Ventures.
- Recruited, built a technical interview for, hired, and trained a local successor to take over the role.
